Hello out there! Is anyone buying any new homes to fill vacant lots in their parks? If so, what has your success been in selling them and are you able to get them at a good price? I have been approached by a manufacturer and have an older park with smaller lots, and they are willing to build me some for a reasonable price. However, in order for it to make sense, you have the sell the homes. I am getting burned out on moving in older homes into my park, paying the moving costs, and then having to remodel the inside to get it move in ready. Although less expensive than new, just wondering if new would work in a nice +55 park. I am in a great location and surrounded by high end SFR homes.
