Nice post Fred and what a great example of a win win deal for both you and the investor. So when will you be buying your next park? BTW I have not heard from that young lady who is local to me that you introduced me to on the phone at the boot camp. If you have a chance will you remind her to give me a call so she and I can network together. I still have those Friday night Cash Flow games at my house about once a month and my wife and I would love for her to attend the next one August 10th
