Neighbor lot dispute in a newly purchased park

I was hoping for some help here. I bought a mobile home park a few months ago and have slowly transitioned and trained the tenants to how I want to run the park.

Two tenants are feuding. They both own their homes and one had another arrested for trespassing and harrassment. Now the attorney of the arrested tenant wants to know where the lot boundaries are.

My initial reaction is to say that there are no exact boundaries.

Any advice on how to handle this?

Thanks!

Refer them to your attorney is the simple answer. You don’t want to be part of this problem - and while you’re probably smart enough to handle this on your own, when an attorney says the same words you have a higher likelihood to automagically avoid issues.
