Need to 1031 a Property into an MHP in the Near Future

Hello All,

I unexpectedly need to 1031 a property into a MHP selling for about 500k ish.

I will have hopefully 100k to do so.

I have not attended the bootcamp yet, have not owned a MHP yet and management is not my strenght.

I had planned on taking the bootcamp in Jan 2014 but circumstances are here now.

I look forward to this excellent community giving me an idea I haven’t thought of yet.

Adele, I just reread your post. We have another park as well for your 500 1031. The 11 pad is NOT 500. (It helps to read the details) :wink:
