I would save yourself a lot of time, money, and frustration and use Bo Shurmanoff (325-864-3031). He buys mobile homes for us in Texas (about 10/month) and he is just awesome! He is very honest, fair, and will charge you a very small fee (between $500 - $1,000) to secure the best home for the best price. He buys the homes cheaper than we can. He also can handle the breakdown, transport, and setup for a very reasonable fee. Make sure and buy the best condition home possible to save yourself a lot of time and money on the refurb process!
