A potential buyer for one of my lower priced homes wants to pay all cash. The current price is $7,500 and I’ll be losing a little money but it’s not the greatest home. I got it from someone I kicked out and it took more work than I figured. The buyer is asking me how low can I go if she pays all cash. I’ve put her off for the moment by saying I need to do a background check prior to negotiating and she is filling out the application now. I want to get as much as I can but I also want this place gone. I’d really appreciate any negotiating tips I can get.
