Need lease option contract or attorney in Ohio

I think I might have my park sold on a lease option basis, but now I need a contract. I probably need an attorney to do this right. Can anyone recommend an attorney in Ohio who can help me?

Alternatively, if you have a lease option agreement you don’t mind sharing, I would love to see it. Better if I have already gotten some idea of what goes into such a document before I start paying a lawyer.

My attorney did this for me, and did a great job. Keithlawyers.com - ask for Ann Miller or Fred Keith, they are very reasonably priced

Located in Covington, KY on the KY/OH border, they cover KY and OH

For a lease agreement it’s important you hire a lawyer from that state, as a boilerplate agreement will not cover what you need.
