Need advice TODAY!

A local newspaper publishes a yearly pull out advertising section. They offered me a deal on a couple of 5 14" X 5 1/4" color display ads. I always keep my ads really simple and to the point (got to consider my target market) and I want to promote seller financed homes and getting $2,500 to bring your existing home to the community. The ads will go into different parts of the advertising section. Unfortunately, I need to get copy to the paper no later than Friday.

My question to all of you is this: Should I use one ad to promote the homes for sale and the other for the $2,500 move-in bonus or should I run identical ads promoting both things?

Thanks.
