got no response… 
I asked 5 days ago and have gotten lots of readers, but no answers. I’ve gone through the Home Study Course. I’d appreciate it if anyone has any recommendations or advice, as the fees can run thousands of dollars. I don’t want to put in our offer with no idea where to go for the first and most important part of due diligence according to the tapes. The seller also has never heard of one.
Also, if my park passes, does this release us from future liability in case something was missed or does it just increase the odds that nothing dangerous will be found in the future? Does whomever does the study back it up in any way? I do know there was a dump for residents and the owners sometime back in its history .
Any advice will be appreciated.
