Does anyone have a process or system they use when a tenant tells you that they are moving out of the park. We manage remotely and I was wondering if you have a system that you’ve designed or use?

Depends on your state. All states have something like a Tenant / Landlord Law(s). Civil actions you can and can’t do. Most should be spelled out in your lease or Resident Handbook if you have one. In my state tenants are required to give 30 day notice if they want their security deposit back. Of course you will do a move-out. Inspection for damages.
