I would look to bring in 1995 or newer homes. Newer homes will increase the park appearance and value of your investment. We are averaging $1,600 for moving costs and $1,000 for utility hookups so it does not make sense financially to bring in any older homes as it would be very difficult to recoup our costs when selling the home.
You can go direct to the banks to buy repos but I would save time/money/energy and call Sean Williams or Bo Shurmanoff (contact information on Great Links Page and have them represent you for a small fee.
