I was recently listening to the weekly conference call and I believe it was Dave that made a comment about a friend that had a park under contract in California and was caught off guard by what I believe he said was a state inspection of the park that was going to end up costing quite a bit to fix all of the deficiencies listed in the inspection. I currently have a park under contract in California and would like to know if anybody has any insight into this.
