I am looking at a 30 space park in Indiana that is in a town of only 2000 people. I would normally not even look at something in a town this small but it is only 15 miles from a city of 55k and 67 miles from a city of 700k. Is it difficult to keep a park filled in such a small town or would it be ok since its so close to cities that have decent employment and populations.
