Looking for a little help if possible. I have recently learned of a resident owned trailer in my park that has been abandoned. I’m unable to track down the owner, and the neighbor says that the owner told the bank to “just take it”. Assuming the neighbor is correct (never sure about that), I’d like to acquire the unit before the bank has to step in. I’m having trouble finding the bank as well, having contacted the town hall (records, tax collector) to identify the mortgage holder. I’m not sure if they should have any of that info, but it doesn’t appear as if they do. Any thoughts??
