Looking at a park in WI. Combination of first loan, smaller seller second and cash. Loan under 850,000.

The local banks often do better with loans under $1m vs the bigger MHC specialists like Belleweather and Berkadia and Key Bank that do better over $1m. Security Mortgage out of NY has loan programs under $1m too.
