MHP deal I'm working in Florida

Deal is pretty good as I am just getting into diligence. One hang up is four of the POH with no titles. They are empty and in need of rehab. The price is good enough that I don’t feel the need to push for a lower one. My question is how big of a pain is it to re-title the homes in Florida?

Not a big deal at all. Especially if its only 4. You can also retire the homes to the park which means you can’t move them or sell them.

Good to know…would like to rehab and sell to charge lot rent only.
