I can’t recall reading much about in park sales regarding trade-ins, so I thought I would share this - i invite comments on what heas worked well for you in this sort of dealing with in-park sales. I bought a couple of 7 y/o 16x80 MH’s that are being offered at $23,900. I wasn’t getting much in the way of qualified response, so i put together a flyer and sent it out to 6 residents who had paid off their MH in the past year. Three days later, One deal put together, a nice trade in that comes in at a $12,900 price point and $6k profit.
