Hi guys,
I am looking for some options on a house i bought in a park i own in colorado. We purchased the house because somebody else was going to buy it and move it out of our park. We decided to purchase it and then sell it to somebody who would want to live in our community. The issue is it ties a large portion of cash up so we would like to either sell it all together or get a loan and then do a lease to own opposed to seller carry. Have you heard of a lending company that will do a loan for that senario or what do you see as a good exit strategy? Thanks - Blake
