Low cost home manufacturer

I remember reading about a manufacturer that builds only 14’ wide homes at very low cost, but I cannot find the name of it. Does anyone the name of this company? Has anyone bought homes from them and what is the quality like?

The company is TruMH which is a subsidiary of Clayton Homes.
