I have been in this business a long time and I am really enjoying MobileHomeUniversity.com. You can teach an old dog new tricks. The forum is great I really enjoy reading the posts. I am truly grateful that someone is finally organizing information for MHC owners/investors.

You are sooo welcome. I have invested in many different asset classes and I think by far the most helpful and amazing investors are ones that invest in mobile homes and mobile home parks. Everybody is so helpful and always willing to help a fellow investor.
