I have a mobile home park in New Mexico approved for both mobile homes and 5th wheels. An opportunity to buy 5th wheels in bulk has come across my desk and I’m curious what kind of lot prep is standard. 100 amp electric pedestals are already in place as well as water/sewer connections. While the regs allow me to simply place the 5th wheels on dirt, should I pour a concrete pad and patio for esthetics? How about materials for skirting? Any other items to address?

I’m in a similar boat. I have some MH lots we are converting to RV inside a park, and I’m learning as I go what is in demand in the RV community, and is worth the cost.
