Lot Boundary Solutions

I’m looking for a creative solution to mark where one tenant’s lot ends and the next tenant lot begins.

We are extending our roads to add more lots and we want it clean and organized. We are outside of city limits so the only limitations are septic requirements. Our lots will probably be 100x50 with a community septic system.

Chain link fence is expensive. How would you recommend marking where the lot lines are?

The most cost-effective option is to install a galvanized spike.

Alternatively, you can install a 4x4 pressure-treated post or a Metal post.

If one of the lot lines is on Asphalt, then use an angle grinder and carve an X into the Asphalt.
