I’m starting to look for a small park as I may have to do a 1031 in the near future. My price range is under $200K. When I do a search on LoopNet, there are far more “hidden” listings for premium members than there are for regular viewers. Kind of frustrating as there is a charge for being a premium viewer. Has anyone paid this fee and then found the premium listings to be worth the cost to view them?
