This park has a lot of infrastructure problems that I’ve recently discovered such as Orangeburg sewer pipe, old galvanized water lines, electrical that needs upgrading, etc. This means the cash down plus the Cap Ex budget will approach 50% of the total investment. So for these reasons I’ve decided to cancel this escrow.

However I do have offers out on other mobile home parks in the Boise Metro.
