Ok I know there’s a way to get notified by lenders when a house is foreclosed on. I’m in Lake Charles, La area. I’m closing on my 4th park tomorrow & could use 20 houses. I have parks that range from nice & clean with new houses all the way to cluttered but clean with older homes. I get call all day from middle men trying to make an easy $2500.00. I need a direct connection… Please help.
