Looking for a MHP

Hi

I have been looking into investing in a mobile home park. I came very close to buying a park in Oklahoma, but with some due diligence and help from Corey and the folks on this site I backed out of it.

I am still looking and if someone has a park for sale or nows of a park for sale I would apprecaite the info.

I would put a post on the Connections Page. We had one investor contacted about a really good park in the Southeast by a seller and they bought it for a really good price!
