In today’s economy are lonnie deals still a good way to go? Are there any deals out there? If you do get a good deal, are the buyers actually making the payments? or do you have a lot in default right now? thanks

Lonnie deals are fine. Just be SURE you make your money when you buy. That means buying wholesale of your current market (30 cents on the dollar). It also means for me no 1970s homes and only immaculate 1980s homes. Double wides and 3BR, 2 BA, 16 X 80s sell the best in my area.
