Starting this topic to brainstorm and share thoughts on how to best find Mobile Home Investors to collaborate with in a POH heavy park.

Some ideas I have to find them;

  1. Post an add in the newspaper(old school!)
  2. Facebook marketplace
  3. Let the tenants know in case any of them know someone? (might scare the tenants though)
  4. Craigslist

After finding them, another part involves vetting them. How do folks go about that part?
