My Husband and I have 2 Mobile Homes that are owned by a Lonnie Dealer.We are receiving signed Rental Agreements from the Tenants of the MHs.However, should we also receive signed Rental Agreements from the Lonnie Dealer?Since the Lonnie Dealer actually ‘owns’ the Mobile Home, shouldn’t the Lonnie Dealer be ultimately held responsible for the Lot Rent?Thanks in advance for your comments!
Yes. We always get both the home owner and the tenant so sign the lease. It’s nice to have belts and suspenders.-jl-
