Hello,

Is anybody doing any Lonnie Deals in (Central) Florida. According to DMV you have to have a Used Mobile Home dealer license which besides the application and a small fee requires you to have a business address/location (not your residence) they see fit. Will be inspected by DMV. In other words it takes the fun away from the Lonnie deals when you have to lease a business location.

Also they say you need a license per county…!v

I live near UCF in east Orlando. I am interested to find out more about this requirement that you speak of. Did you speak with a DMV employee or a higher up? I wonder how many deals you can do before you are classified as a dealer.
