Do you believe landscaping adds to the park appeal? I understand the upkeep side of it. My question… Is it worth it? I have 2 parks. I bought one approx 2 yrs ago and it’s finally paying off. I’ve owned 2nd park for 8 months. It’s been a breeze when compared to the 1st on. The 1st park consist of older homes & my rentals. 2nd park is 95% owner occupied Spring is here?.. Should I plant some hedges or small trees?
