Hi all,What can a landlord take with this type of lien? Can we go after vehicles and personal items? Liens are key to my threat strategy to get freeloaders to leave prior to the eviction process. I’m wondering what I can actually do with a lien. I’m also open to any other heat-em-up strategies to influence the bums to leave (that are also legal). Any ideas?
