Does anyone have any suggestions for finding financing for 1980s-1990s singlewides on fee-simple individual lots? I have found several of these in close proximity to my park (in eastern NC), and would like to acquire since they would be an easy addition from a management/operation perspective. Total acquisition/rehab cost would be about $30K, with rents of about $575. I also like the potential exit strategy of replacing the single with a late model repo double and selling to conventional buyers.
