Issues with nat gas fracking lease on a park?

I am looking at a park in PA and the seller signed a lease with natural gas extraction company that goes for the next five years with extenstions. In reading the lease (from a layman’s persepctive) there seems to be reasonable limitations on what the company can do so as a next step I wanted to hire an attorney to review the doc. So questions are- 1. does anyone have any thoughts or experiences that I should keep in mind as they relate to this particular issue, and 2. anyone know a good atty who could take a look and render an opinion?
