Is there a reliable resource for market comps?

I was looking at some information that a broker sent me about a park I was looking at in Florida and one of the sections he sent me listed all the market comps in the area and it was a very detailed and professional document. I was wondering if there is any resource available to get this information, or do we just have to manually call all parks in town and try and get this info?

JLT surveys, a part of DataComp. Usually data is big parks in major metros with some exceptions.
