We currently own 9 mobile home parks in the Southwest Virginia area. They are located in the City of Salem, the Town of Rocky Mount, Buchannan, Christiansburg (close to VA Tech), Riner, and Floyd. We have vacancies in our parks and we are looking for investors to move in moble homes on our vacant lots. We are willing to offer free lot rent to help of set the move in and set up cost.
