Hey everyone, I wasn’t sure where or if there was an introduction area as I’m not used to this style of forum formatting.
My name is Nick Johnson, not new to investing but new to MHP’s as inspired by reading some of John Fedro’s posts on BP. I’ve thought about it before and as one who doesn’t want to wear many hats, I think I can squeeze in a few mobile homes. My bigger interest would be in owning parks instead of single homes.
