Does this event cater to lifestyle park owners more than it does affordable housing park owners? Thanks!
I went to this event a few years ago. It is definitely geared more toward ‘land lease lifestyle communities’ than mobile home parks. Many of the park buyers are bigger fish who only want stabilized high end communities.
Given that though, you never know, and by coincidence I was seated next to a friend of a friend who I had heard about, and was a very active investor in lower end parks and turnarounds. We still stay in touch 3 years later.
