I own a group of mobile homes all in the same park. I don’t own the park. I sell all the homes on Installment Sales Contracts. My tenants are responsible for insurance on the home. However, I have one that is vacant now that has had some vandalism done by someone snipping the AC wires. Does anyone know if the Park Owner’s insurance policy would cover something like this? Any suggestions for how to cover something like this from happening? Is my only option to have it insured by me every time one becomes vacant until they get their own insurance?
