I recently bought a park in North Dakota and my personal accountant is a great guy but does not know much about depreciation on a mobile home park, etc. Can anyone point me in the direction of a good accountant. My park is in ND but I live in Arizona.
That’s a great idea and can be advantageous from a tax perspective, especially if you have income you would like to offset with depreciation. Let me know if you still need some help with this or have any general questions.
