My background is in commercial hard money lending, however, I am new to MHP investing. After viewing hundreds of listings I have found that even the most basic information and numbers regarding the listings are absent. While I realize that internet listings are at best a starting point, it is difficult to make even an uneducated guess as to the potential of these listings without any pertinent information. Am I missing something, or is it necessary to contact the brokers and/or sellers just to narrow the field? Thank you in advance for your opinions.
