Hey, parkinvestor, give us the finale, how did you finally get the rascal out? I never had this problem with SFR’s, fortunately, but I can see where it could be a real headache. Plus, what if he’s some kind of criminal with the intent of doing a dastardly deed? Anyway, locking out, or ‘safeing off’ as it’s sometimes called, all utilities would certainly be a degree of discouragement for these ding-dongs. So, please update us so we can learn something, and thanks for sharing.
