Has anyone ever successfully gotten grants for capex projects for adding new lot infrastructure? Like for adding electrical/water/sewer for finishing off vacant lots and/or adding new lots?
In my experience of tge grants arena, each program has clear and firm guidelines about what the grants may or may not be used for. As your first step, I’d check the rules for the grants you’re considering exploring.
Thanks Dorothy, I wasn’t sure if anyone had actually successfully gotten any grant monies for MHP improvements. Was curious before I spent any time exploring down this path.
