I am new to the site, but not new to the industry. I will pass on homework I have done on parks I have studied and give my opinions on how to make them more profitable. Several I have been looking at have sold already, but there are still some decent buys left. I personally would like a partner, but I will share what I have learned to help others make wise investments. My knowledge is mostly Ga and Fl properties, however, I am quite gifted at analyzing property anywhere. It is fun for me and a hobby. Nice to meet everyone.
