Hello we had recently terminated tenancy for a tenant. He owned his home and has sold it to either a dealer or another person who is going to move the home out of the park. We required in our lease and rules that the “site must be restored to its original condition … including removal of steps, sheds, etc or will be charged to tenant” My question is can we required that they remove the piers also? Chances are that we are going to re-pour new piers for a new home and will have to remove some of the existing piers.
Are the piers yours? If so, probably not.
If they are in the ground they are probably the parks responsibility
