Highway banner wording

I use large banners on the highway for advertising and it’s actually been effective at getting people to check out the Community. Time to change my holiday ones and I’m wondering about the wording since anything I say has to be short and easily read and understood. Is this too tacky:

“CHEAPEST LIVING IN AMERICA”

or

“CHEAPEST HOME OWNERSHIP IN AMERICA”

or

“NOWHERE IS CHEAPER TO LIVE THAN HERE”

My question is the use of the word “cheapest.” It’s quick and easily understood but it strikes me as a little tacky. We are, however, dealing with the mh crowd here and this might actually appeal to them. Cost is probably one of the biggest motivators to people in this area.

Suggestions?
