It’s always driven me crazy trying to use FEMA’s goofy flood map tool to try and look up if a park is in a flood zone. Luckily, Trulia just released a great visualization to their maps that shows risks from floods, hurricanes, earthquakes, tornadoes, and wildfires. It also has a helpful crime heat map where you can see which areas of town has the most crime:
