I’m refinancing a park in Pennsylvania and would like to discuss cap rates with the appraiser next week. Does anyone have any recent sales data for Pennsylvania (or nearby states) on what cap rates were on parks that have sold?
I have a four star park with 98% occupancy and I’d like to be able to support an 8% cap.
I’d like to show the appraiser sales data which supports my thoughts.
