I need some guidance… Have a mobile home park designated for 43 mh lots and 2 RV lots We want to change the allocation… Increase RV lots decrease mh. We are in a flood zone. Can anyone offer guidance or information on how to accomplish this or provide a contact for a good attorney who can assist. We are located in pasco county… About an hr north of Tampa.
