I have recently bought a 90 unit park in Idaho. My first duty was to increase the lot rent by 25$ and re-write the rules. I hand delivered these to everyone in the park. The business side of me had no problem raising the rent and brushing off the “sob stories” in order to get it done. The human being side of me feels sorry for all the elderly in the park on fixed incomes paying the additional rent.
Does anyone know of any assistance the government -feds or state- offers the elderly or dissabled in a MHP? Or just for any type of rent in general?
